Guidance for Nutrition
You CANNOT out train a bad diet. If you want to change your body shape, what you eat plays a major role. I use the principles of Metabolic Precision which is a system of training and eating to achieve the results that I have achieved personally. A scientific approach which looks at eating first class protein with low energy carbohydrates and Omega 3 fats and using Nutrient timing to accelerate your results from your training.
The emphasis is on influencing three things;
- How you look (Body composition)
- How you feel (Health)
- How you function (Performance)
Most diets only achieve first part (how you look). However, without the other two, results are not sustainable. Metabolic Precision looks at ensuring you are fuelling your body correctly so that your results are sustainable. You are creating a body which looks good but also you feel good and performs at your optimum.
