My sport specific training is tailored to help increase your performance, no matter what kind of sports are you do. My background is soccer and I have helped many soccer players turn into top athletes and enhance their on-field performance. I have also worked with AFL footy players, tennis players and golfers.
Every major system in your body feels the stress of excess weight. Your body functions a lot better when you are lean, have adequate cardiovascular fitness and not carrying excess weight.
We will work on all the components of fitness:
-strength, cardio fitness (endurance, speed), flexibility and body composition.
