Group training
My Group classes are 30 minutes long and specifically designed to burn fat. They are what are called my ICE (Intense Cardio Exercises) classes. When it comes to training INTENSITY is KING. Intense cardio burns up to 3 times more fat than standard cardio. These classes are intense and everyone pushes themselves to their own levels. Working in a group environment works well with this as people tend to encourage each other and the energy of the whole group is lifted.
